Digital Services

For our online workshops and courses:

• Access credentials, schedules, or links will be shared via email or WhatsApp within 24–48 hours after successful payment.
• No physical shipping is required for purely online programs.

Physical Course Materials / STEM Kits

For courses that include physical kits or printed materials:

Dispatch Time: Orders are typically dispatched within 3–5 working days after payment confirmation.

Delivery Time:

• Within India: 5–10 working days (depending on location)
• International shipping: 10–20 working days, depending on the destination and courier availability.

Shipping Partners: We work with reliable courier services such as India Post, DTDC, Bluedart, and others.

Shipping Charges:

• Domestic shipping is often included in the course fee.
• Additional charges may apply for remote areas or international deliveries, and will be communicated before dispatch.

Tracking:

Once dispatched, we’ll share the tracking ID and courier name via email or WhatsApp.

Damaged or Missing Items:

• In the rare event of damage or missing parts, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
• We will arrange for a replacement kit or part, as applicable.
